The Landscape of this grand property lacked clarity and crispness. The arrival and drop off experience were poor and felt congested. The pool yard design felt random and dated.

ROHA redesigned the property to be coherent and beautiful, using patterns and motifs from the local context of the famous Trimbakeshwar Temple. The areas of arrival and pool yard were improved keeping in mind the existing features and constraints.
